Henrik Khachatryan serves as the Program Coordinator for Family and Community Health at the World Health Organization since April 2007, overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs related to Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) and Noncommunicable Diseases (NCD) in collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Armenia. Prior to this role, Henrik held positions as Deputy Director at Nor Hajn Polyclinic from July 2004 to April 2007, and part-time OB/GYN and Head of the Prenatal Care Department at Nor Hajn Polyclinic from October 1998 to April 2007. Additional experience includes serving as a Medical Doctor with Médecins Sans Frontières from May 2006 to October 2006 and as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist at Abovyan Maternity State C.J.S.C. from July 2004 to July 2005. Henrik holds a Master of Public Health degree from the American University of Armenia and medical degrees from Yerevan State Medical University after M. Heratsi, where foundational training in General Medicine and specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed.
