Luba Basova

Luba Basova has extensive experience in information technology and training, currently serving as a Product Support and Training Specialist at the World Health Organization since 2002. In this role, Luba manages intranet components, coaches content providers, and develops training materials for the global user community. Previous experience includes working as an IT HelpDesk Specialist at WHO, where Luba provided end-user support and optimized system performance.
