Monika Kosinska

Global Cross-cutting Lead, Economic And Commercial Determinants Of Health at World Health Organization

Monika Kosinska has extensive experience in public health and governance, currently serving as the Global Cross-Cutting Lead for Economic and Commercial Determinants of Health at the World Health Organization (WHO) and previously holding roles such as Programme Manager for Governance for Health and Regional Lead for Europe in WHO's Healthy Cities initiative. Monika also contributes to civil society efforts, having served as Chair of the Civil Society Contact Group, Chair of Action for Global Health, and Interim Executive Director of the Alliance for Health and the Future, in addition to being the Secretary General of the European Public Health Alliance. Monika's academic background includes a Master's degree in International Peace and Security from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and Law from the University of Liverpool.
