Steven Solomon

Steven Solomon has extensive experience in legal affairs, currently serving as a Principal Legal Officer at the World Health Organization since June 2005. Prior to this role, Solomon was Deputy Legal Adviser at the United States Mission in Geneva, Switzerland, from September 1999 to October 2004, and an Attorney-Adviser at the U.S. Department of State from March 1990 to September 1999. Early career highlights include positions as a Legal Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP and a Congressional Staffer at the U.S. House of Representatives. Solomon holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University, with additional experience as a visiting student in Political Science and Government at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
