Brandon Thomas MS, CPT, CSCS is an accomplished professional in the fields of exercise science and Kinesiology, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at North Carolina Central University since August 2024, and previously at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from August 2021 to August 2024. With extensive experience as a Personal Trainer Certification Instructor at W.I.T.S. World Instructor Training Schools since April 2018, Brandon has also worked as an Exercise Physiologist at Wake Forest Baptist Health until October 2022 and has held various roles at the Sports Medicine Clinic of Greensboro. Brandon possesses dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Exercise Physiology, along with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology focused on rehabilitation science from PennWest California. This diverse educational and professional background equips Brandon with a comprehensive understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and sports medicine.
