Frank Grohowski

Frank Grohowski is currently the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at World Insurance Associates LLC. While working at GroupM, Frank led the Global Corporate Development team and was responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Frank was a Vice President of Investment Banking at Moelis & Company, where Frank focused on M&A, restructuring, capital markets, and private equity transactions. With a background in leveraged finance and consulting for growth companies in the media and technology sectors, Frank brings a wealth of experience in evaluating opportunities and strategic planning.
