Jason Hubbard

Jason Hubbard serves as the Director of Benefits Administration Technology at World Insurance Associates LLC, overseeing operations of the benefits administration team and managing client project configurations since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jason was the Manager of Benefits Administration Technology at Namely, handling a client portfolio that generated $2M in annual revenue and collaborating with clients to enhance their benefits offerings. Jason's career includes significant positions at Mercer as a Benefits Analyst, where responsibilities spanned the administration of health benefits for over 50,000 participants, and an internship at the Providence Emergency Management Agency.
