Elena Dominguez

Elena Dominguez serves as the Head Talent Partners at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Previously, Elena held several significant roles at UNICEF, including Regional Chief of HR for the Europe and Central Asia Region and Head of the Performance Management unit. Additionally, Elena has experience as a Staff Development Specialist at the World Food Programme and as an HR Business Partner at Alcanza in Madrid and Rome, as well as at Indra Business Consulting. Elena holds a D.E.A. Master's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a post-graduate degree in International Relations from S.I.O.I.
