Lance Pfeifer

Lance Pfeifer is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Application Development at World Kinect since November 2018, focusing on the digitization and automation of order to cash processes in the Land fueling business. Previously, Lance held the position of Vice President/CIO at BearWare, Inc., where the company was successfully sold, and provided industry-leading freight tracking solutions. Additional roles include Director of Information Technology at RAIR Technologies, where innovative driver log auditing prototypes were developed, and Principal Software Engineer at CyLex Systems, contributing to document management applications that facilitated an acquisition by Ricoh. Lance also served as Senior Web Developer at Citrix, designing internal applications, and as CIO at Blaze/DLS, Inc., establishing a pharmaceutical transportation company. Furthermore, Lance is the founder of Frontier Consulting, Inc., which championed web applications and freight tracking solutions. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida.
