Alicia Jackson currently serves as Chief of Staff and Operations Manager at World Lacrosse since April 2022 and is also the owner of AGJ Business Advantage, LLC. With a background in operations management, Alicia held positions as Operations Manager at Jackson Household and Head Coach of Women's Lacrosse at Eastern Michigan University, along with various coaching roles at the University of Michigan Women's Soccer and Grand Valley State University. Alicia's coaching experience is complemented by a strong academic foundation, including a Master of Business Administration from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution.
