Eric J. Parthen

Eric J. Parthen serves as the Chief Operating Officer at World Lacrosse since February 2020 and is the Founder of EJP Consulting, LLC, established in February 2011. Previously, Eric held the position of Project Manager at USA Cricket from January 2019 to February 2020, where leadership was assumed to develop the new National Governing Body for cricket in the United States. Eric also contributed as the USA Project Manager for the International Cricket Council from September 2016 to December 2018. Other roles include Executive Director at Colorado Youth Sports, Inc./El Pomar Youth Sports Park, and Chief Executive Officer at USA Taekwondo. Eric's career began at the United States Olympic Committee, progressing through various leadership roles, including Director of NGB Organizational Development. Educational qualifications include an Olympic Sports Leadership Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, and Management from Augustana College.
