Rafael Efstathiou

Rafael Efstathiou is an experienced Support Engineer at World-Link Communications, Inc. since November 2020, with a background as a Technical Specialist at Public (Retail World SA) from September 2018 to October 2020, specializing in troubleshooting and repair of various digital devices and proficient in SAP software. Prior to this, Rafael worked at McDonald's from August 2013 to June 2017, gaining experience in various roles including kitchen, delivery, and cashier. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from European University Cyprus (2015-2020), a Diploma in Computer Technology from Cyprus College (2013-2015), and completed high school at Lyceum Polemidia (2008-2011).
