Francesco Colucci

Francesco Colucci has extensive experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. Francesco is currently a Co-founder at Wescouting, a role they began in October 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Amministratore at American Real Estate Italia starting in September 2017. In 2016, they founded and served as CEO of World Luxury Home. Francesco's experience includes roles such as Real Estate Consultant at South Beach Estates and Deco Beach Corporation, where they were responsible for website creation, email marketing, rental activities, and property management services. Francesco also worked as a Hotel Consultant at Hotel Fortezza Viscontea, Hotel Adam, and Hotel San Marco, where they focused on improving occupancy rates and revenue through sales and front desk supervision. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sales Manager at Hotel Silver, where they participated in trade shows and provided training to staff. Francesco began their career as a Front-office Agent at Hotel Dream.

Francesco Colucci began their education in 1999 at Liceo Scientifico, where they studied for six years and completed their secondary education. Francesco then went on to attend Università degli Studi di Milano from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Information Technology, specifically in the field of Informatica.

In addition to their formal education, Francesco also obtained certifications to enhance their skillset. In January 2014, they obtained a certification from Cisco, and in June 2012, they completed a certification program in Hotel Web Marketing from Hotel Executive Milano.
