Adeline Hoo serves as the Executive Assistant to the Group President and for Special Projects at World Marketing Group Pte Ltd since September 2023, focusing on strategic analysis, research, and process improvements. Prior to this role, Adeline Hoo had a distinguished career at UPS from June 1998 to January 2021, advancing through various managerial positions including Worldwide Product Marketing Manager, Revenue Management Strategy Manager, and Customer Relationship Management Manager. Throughout the tenure at UPS, Adeline Hoo developed pricing strategies, managed product portfolios across the APAC region, and led teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer retention.
