Fkereselase Sifir

Fkereselase Sifir is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in conservation and architectural design. Currently serving as Senior Site Architect at the World Monuments Fund since October 2022, Fkereselase Sifir focuses on the conservation of the Debretsion (Abune Abreham) church. Prior to this role, Fkereselase Sifir worked as a Conservation Architect and Expert at the Web Du Bois Center in Accra, Ghana, and held the position of Site Architect for the American Gebbi heritage conservation project. From April 2015 to September 2018, Fkereselase Sifir was Senior Architect and Architectural Studio Head at Tekleberhan Ambaye Construction Plc, overseeing various architectural and construction projects. Fkereselase Sifir holds a Master of Science in Conservation of Urban and Architectural Heritage from the Ethiopian Institute of Architecture, Building Construction and City Development, Addis Ababa University, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the same institution.
