Bruno Col has extensive experience in strategic communications and engagement roles. Bruno worked as a Global Communications and Engagement Director for the World Mosquito Program, where they were responsible for developing and delivering strategic communications across the global network. Prior to that, Bruno worked as a Syria Crisis Response Communications Director for World Vision International, leading the communications strategy development and implementation for the Syria Crisis Response. Bruno also served as a Regional Communications Director for World Vision in West Africa, providing strategic communications direction to National Offices in the region. Additionally, Bruno has experience in media relations and project management, having founded and managed their own media solutions company. Bruno also worked in various production and executive roles in the film and television industry.

Bruno received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Language Sciences and another Bachelor Degree in Cinematography and audiovisual Studies, focusing their studies on Cinematography, Arts, and Communication.

The World Mosquito Program (WMP) is a not-for-profit group of companies owned by Australia's Monash University that works to protect the global community from mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue, Zika, yellow fever and chikungunya. The World Mosquito Program uses naturally occurring bacteria called Wolbachia to reduce the ability of mosquitoes to transmit viruses that cause life-threatening disease throughout tropical countries of the world.
