Peter Neill

Peter Neill is the Director and Founder of World Ocean Observatory, an internet-based platform dedicated to providing information and educational services about the integrated global social system of the ocean. Peter is also a research associate at the University of Maine Climate Change Institute and the Co-Founder of Arctic Futures Institute. With a background in English and Creative Writing from Stanford University and an MFA in Fiction from the University of Iowa, Peter Neill has also held positions in various organizations focused on ocean education and preservation, such as the Ocean Classroom Foundation and the Penobscot Marine Museum.
