Gerald Nastran has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Gerald held positions such as VP of Finance EMEA and Managing Director at Novanta Inc., SVP of Finance and Managing Director at W.O.M. WORLD OF MEDICINE GmbH, and Chief Financial Officer at Berkenhoff GmbH and Isabellenhütte Heusler GmbH & Co. KG. Gerald also worked at DHL as Head of Business Development Controlling and FP&A Controller Mainland Europe, at Alcoa CSI Europe as European Financial Controller (CFO), at PerkinElmer Optoelectronics as Finance Director, and at Seagram as Controller of Seagram Netherland. Gerald'swork experience spans from 1998 to present.

Gerald Nastran holds a Master of Applied Business Administration degree from Universität Klagenfurt, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Gerald also pursued a Certificate in Strategic Management from the University of Northern Iowa during 1995-1996. Gerald completed a dissertation in Marketing and Computer Science at Universitat d'Alacant from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, they hold an Engineering degree (right to apply) from HTL Klagenfurt - Engineering and industrial college, earned from 1987 to 1991 in the field of Electronics and Communications Engineering.
