Zach Towers is a seasoned professional in human resources and service management with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group People & Service Director at World of Sweets since June 2020, Zach leads several central functions, ensuring customer focus and compliance with safety standards. Previously, Zach held multiple HR-related positions at Hancocks Wholesale, Bobby's Foods Ltd, Ferrero, and Thorntons, demonstrating a strong dedication to employee engagement and organizational development. With a comprehensive educational background that includes a BA in Business Management and Operations with Human Resources from Nottingham Trent University, a Master’s Degree in CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, and additional training in Myers Briggs, Zach is well-equipped to drive HR initiatives and enhance service quality within organizations.
