Jim Fraenkel

Jim Fraenkel has extensive experience in the media industry, holding various executive producer and development consultant roles. Jim served as the EVP of Documentaries and Current at World of Wonder starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Viacom as the executive producer for "The Hills New Beginnings" from February 2019 to September 2019. From 2016 to 2018, Jim was the Head of Original Video Series at Spotify. Before that, they worked as a development consultant at RadicalMedia LLC from February 2016 to September 2017. Jim also has experience with NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they served as an executive producer and co-executive producer for several Bravo TV shows. Additionally, they worked at Fox as an executive producer of digital content for "The X Factor" and at MTV Networks as an executive producer for "True Life" and MTV News & Docs. Jim began their career at Current TV as a senior executive producer for "Vanguard" & Special Projects.

Jim Fraenkel attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1988 to 1989. During this time, they did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study. Following their time at Indiana University Bloomington, they enrolled at SUNY Geneseo in 1990 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 1992.
