Dr. Ashish Sutar is a seasoned professional in the field of veterinary science with substantial experience in animal health and welfare. Currently serving as Capacity Building Coordinator and formerly as Project Officer at the World Organisation for Animal Health since April 2016, Dr. Sutar has been pivotal in various initiatives. Prior to this role, Dr. Sutar worked as a Technical Advisor for World Animal Protection from March 2008 to October 2014, focusing on disaster response, community preparedness, and training for the Animals in Disaster campaign. Dr. Sutar holds a Master's Degree in Veterinary Parasitology, having completed education at A B Goregaonkar English School in Mumbai, India, between 1986 and 1991.
