Mario Berard

Mario Berard has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mario is currently the Chief Executive Officer at QIMA/WQS and QIMA/IBD, a position they have held since March 2020. Prior to this, they also served as the CEO at WIN and Center of Excellence from September 2016 to May 2018.

Before their role at QIMA/WQS and WIN, Mario worked at Bank of America as the Vice President - EDMG from December 2018 to March 2020 and as a Management Consultant - Treasury Group from May 2018 to December 2018. Mario also held the position of Strategy Consultant (Director Business Improvement and Engagement - Analytics CoE) at Sprint from April 2017 to January 2018.

In addition, Mario has held leadership positions in various other companies including WTG, where they were the CEO from January 2014 to December 2015, and Clarion Events, where they served as Managing Director - Clarion Global Training from September 2012 to January 2014. Mario also worked as President and CEO at Omega Performance Corporation from July 2005 to July 2010, leading the transformation of the organization into a global training organization.

Mario's earlier experience includes serving as the President and CEO at Council on Education in Management (CEM), an IIR Company, from July 2003 to July 2005, and as the Regional Manager at Institute for International Research - IIR from January 2001 to July 2003. Mario also held the positions of Country Manager and Head of Production at Institute for International Research - IIR from 2000 to 2001 and from 1999 to 2000, respectively.

Throughout their career, Mario has demonstrated strong leadership skills, driving transformation, and achieving significant growth and profitability for the organizations they have worked with.

Mario Berard graduated from ESPM in 1994 with a BA degree in Marketing and Communication. Mario further pursued their education at Ibmec and received an MBA in General Management in 2003. Additionally, Mario Berard has also undertaken various trainings in unspecified fields of study.
