Damon Schroeder

Damon Schroeder has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, primarily with World Relief since 2000, where current responsibilities as US Mobilization Director include architecting teams, fundraising, and developing e-learning platforms for church engagement. Previous roles at World Relief encompass directing US Integral Mission and Church Mobilization efforts, with a focus on empowering churches and managing responses to global crises. Damon also founded The Immigration Alliance, facilitating partnerships among denominations, and has held various leadership positions in refugee resettlement and community development. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Wheaton College and leadership training through Arrow Leadership.
