Phil Smart

Phil Smart is currently the Church & Community Engagement Director at World Renew. Prior to this role, Phil held positions such as Director of Donor Engagement at World Hope International, Lead for Global Outreach and Compassion Ministries at Kentwood Community Church, and Worship and Missions Pastor at Western Hills Church. Phil also has experience as an International Market Manager at GREGORY, Inc. and as a Music Consultant in Brazil with the International Mission Board. Phil obtained a DMin in Leadership and Global Perspective from George Fox University, an MCM from Golden Gate Theological Seminary, and a BCM in Music from Southwest Baptist University.
