Charlene Y. Fuller

Charlene Y. Fuller, MS, SHRM-CP, serves as the Global Human Resources Director at the World Resources Institute since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, Fuller held the position of Area Director of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts from June 2018 to October 2021 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at Aramark from March 2017 to June 2018. Early career roles include an HR Generalist at Lidl US and AEG, as well as a Relationship Developmental Specialist at the Brooklyn Nets. Fuller holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Long Island University, and studied Employment Law, Labor, and Industrial Relations at Cornell University.
