Cynthia Elliott

Cynthia Elliott is a Senior Climate Policy Associate at the World Resources Institute, where since October 2013, Cynthia has supported research and capacity-building initiatives aimed at long-term climate change planning and enhancing accountability in climate actions. Prior roles at WRI included Climate Program Associate II and Associate, focusing on transparency and capacity building in developing countries regarding emissions tracking. Cynthia's earlier experiences involve collaboration on global climate policy as a Research Analyst and participation in various internships and fellowships related to sustainability and energy policy. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Global Environmental Policy from American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Southern Maine.
