Daniele Pollicino is a PhD student at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), focusing research on social influence and sustainable food consumption since May 2021. Concurrently, Daniele works as a Behavioural Scientist with the Sustainable Diets Team at the World Resources Institute, contributing to the publication of a playbook aimed at guiding diners toward plant-rich dishes.
