Devashree Saha

Devashree Saha is an experienced professional in the clean energy sector, currently serving as the Director of the US Clean Energy Economy Program at the World Resources Institute since May 2019. In this role, Devashree supports policymakers and stakeholders in promoting equitable clean energy transitions that prioritize job creation and community involvement. Previously, Devashree held positions such as Director of Energy & Environmental Policy at The Council of State Governments and Consultant with the World Bank Group's Climate Technology Program. Additional roles include Senior Policy Associate at the Metropolitan Policy Program at The Brookings Institution and Senior Policy Analyst at the National Governors Association Center for Best Practices. Devashree's academic credentials include a PhD in Public Policy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Master's degree in Political Science from Purdue University.
