Liz Goodwin

Liz Goodwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainable practices and environmental management. As the Senior Fellow and Director of Food Loss and Waste at the World Resources Institute since July 2016, Liz has contributed significantly to reducing food waste. Additionally, Liz serves as the Chair of ReLondon from March 2017 to November 2024. Previously, Liz held leadership positions at WRAP, including CEO from 2007 to June 2016 and roles as Director of Materials Programmes and Director of Construction and Manufacturing from 2001 to 2007. Liz's early career includes roles as Environmental Advisor at Syngenta and Environmental Manager at Zeneca Agrochemicals. Liz began as a Research Scientist at ICI from 1986 to 1992. Liz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from UCL and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Exeter.
