Mary M. Maguire

Mary M. Maguire has over two decades of experience in library services, currently serving as the Director of Library Services at the World Resources Institute since July 2004. In this role, Mary leads research initiatives, training, budgeting, and the management of the Institute's collection, while also developing a strategic plan that utilizes metrics for resource acquisition. Previously, Mary was a Librarian at Ross, Dixon & Bell from 1996 to 2004, where management of a national law library for an insurance litigation firm was a key responsibility, along with overseeing staff training and development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library Science from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in English and History from Mount St. Mary's University.
