Meaghan Phelan

Meaghan Phelan serves as the Director of North American Foundation Relations at the World Resources Institute, having progressed through various roles at the organization since May 2016, including Senior Development Manager and Senior Manager of Foundation Relations. Prior to this, Meaghan held the position of Senior Partnership Manager at the Institute for Industrial Productivity from November 2012 to May 2016, where fundraising and communications initiatives were overseen. Additional experience includes roles at institutions such as the Folger Shakespeare Library, Round House Theatre, AGSI Recycling, Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association, Minnesota Department of Agriculture, and Planned Parenthood of Minnesota, North Dakota & South Dakota. Meaghan earned a Master of Public Policy in Public & Nonprofit Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in English Literature and Classical Languages from Truman State University.
