Nate Shelter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, particularly in the clean energy, technology, and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager & Editor at the World Resources Institute since July 2021, Nate previously held several roles at the same organization, including Strategic Communications Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Communications Manager position at Crosscut Strategies, LLC, where key projects involved leading campaigns for a national clean energy association and enhancing the visibility of an AI startup. Nate has also worked in communications roles at Energetics, government affairs internships, and various public relations firms, demonstrating proficiency in media outreach, content development, and strategic messaging. Nate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Communication with a minor in History from American University and has an educational background from John Cabot University.
