Thadeus Arrington

Thadeus Arrington, SPHR, currently serves as the Interim Chief People Officer and Global HR Director at the World Resources Institute, having joined in February 2024. Previously, Thadeus held the position of Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Accion from March 2022 to January 2024. Thadeus's experience spans roles in human resources and organizational development, including the Associate Director of HR at Creative Associates International, where essential responsibilities encompassed managing the employee life-cycle and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Additional roles include Manager of Talent Solutions at PDRI, Contract Team Lead at Zerone, Inc. for the US Postal Service Employee Development, and Engagement Manager at Alexus International, Inc. Education credentials include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
