Julius 'smost recent position is as the Founder and Chief Impact Officer at FadCycle, a company focused on integrating sustainability and impact-conscious decision-making into the fashion industry. Prior to FadCycle, Julius held roles at organizations such as the World Spirit of the Game Foundation and The Association Earth, where they worked on strategic partnerships, regional coordination, and environmental protection. Julius also has experience as a project manager, B2B sales representative, property appraisal expert, and production manager in different companies. Julius Barbu has a strong background in sustainability, impact-consciousness, and environmental awareness.

Julius Barbu attended Universitatea "Aurel Vlaicu" din Arad from 2015 to 2022, where they studied Environmental Science and obtained a degree in Environmental Systems Engineering. Julius also attended Facultatea de Psihologie - Universitatea "Tibiscus" din Timișoara from 2013 to 2016, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.
