Mpho Preston

Mpho Preston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Currently, Mpho works as the Director of Onboarding - Global for World Spirit of the Game Foundation (SotG Global) and also holds the position of Director of Volunteers for the same organization. Mpho is actively involved in promoting entrepreneurship as a Global Entrepreneurship Ambassador for The StartUp Tribe. Mpho has also contributed to women empowerment as both a City Chairperson and Regional Director for The Impactful Women's Network. In addition, Mpho has served as a National Council Member for Spirit of the Game Foundation Botswana and as an Executive Director for Nector Ventures Pty (Ltd). Furthermore, Mpho has mentored at Techstars Startup Weekend and held the role of Regional Director for Spirit of the Game Foundation Southern Africa. Prior to these roles, Mpho worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at Woolworths and held managerial positions at VREDENHEIM AGRI and Saxenburg Wine Estate. Overall, Mpho's work experience reflects a strong commitment to community engagement, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Mpho Preston completed an Advanced Diploma in Events Management from The Aleit Group from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, Mpho attended Maru a pula Secondary School and obtained a Cambridge Certificate O'Level between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Mpho obtained certifications such as "Level 2 Diploma Food Preparation & the Culinary Arts" from City & Guilds in 2006 and "Level 1 Food Preparation & the Culinary Arts" from City & Guilds in 2005. Recently, Mpho also completed the course "Become a Zoom Pro the Ultimate Course" offered by Udemy in 2022.
