Ren Rumble

Ren Rumble, CHRP, currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Next-Level Transformation Services since October 2022, focusing on helping individuals find peace and balance in their lives. Additionally, Ren has taken on the role of Human Resources Generalist at World Tek Industries and serves as an instructor at St. Clair College, where immediate response to student needs and effective use of technology in teaching are prioritized. Prior experience includes positions such as Human Resources Assistant at Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board, Independent Training Contractor, Employee Engagement Specialist at Banwell Gardens Care Centre, Business Administrator at House of Sophrosyne, and Administrative/HR Assistant at Westover Treatment Centre. Ren holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Nippissing University, a Human Resources Management Certificate from St. Clair College, a Diploma in Advertising/Business, and is pursuing French Studies.
