Jaime I. Mayaki is an experienced professional in the fields of technical cooperation and project management, currently serving as Director a.i. for Technical Cooperation and Silk Road at the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) since January 2016, after holding the position of Deputy Director for the Regional Department for Africa. Prior to the UNWTO, Jaime Mayaki worked as an Operations Officer at the World Bank from October 2011 to December 2015, and as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Economy and Finance from March 2010 to October 2011. Additional roles include Project Management Officer at the Millennium Challenge Account and Project Manager at IMEDIA. Early career experience includes serving as Deputy General Manager at Representaciones El Cojo. Jaime Mayaki holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Montpellier Business School and completed preparatory classes in Economics at College Episcopal St-Etienne.
