Previously, Natalia held roles such as Vice President for International Business Development at Spain Startup - South Summit and Gerente Turismo at PROCOLOMBIA, focusing on international business opportunities and promoting Colombia as a tourism destination. Natalia's expertise in innovation and digital transformation is enhanced by experience as a Senior Expert at UNWTO and participation as a Women in Leadership Fellow with Eisenhower Fellowships. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Government and International Relations from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
