Helena Leurent is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the energy, consumer, and international trade sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Global Commission on People-Centred Clean Energy Transitions at the International Energy Agency, Helena focuses on fairness and energy affordability in transition policies. As Director General of Consumers International, Helena advocates for consumer interests globally. Additional roles include membership in the Civil Society Advisory Group to the Director General at the World Trade Organization, and the Global Future Council on Net Zero Living at the World Economic Forum. Helena has also contributed as a Board Member for the Artificial Intelligence & Equality Initiative at the Carnegie Council for Ethics in International Affairs. Previously, Helena held various leadership positions at the World Economic Forum, McKinsey & Company, Tesco, and L.E.K.
