Isabelle Albrow Gérard has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Isabelle'smost recent position was as the Secretary to the Director of the Economic Research & Statistics Division (ERSD) at the World Trade Organization, starting in August 2021.

Before that, they worked at the ISO - International Organization for Standardization from October 2017 to March 2019, where they held various roles including Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Project Coordinator.

Isabelle has also worked at Witco Europe as the Secretary to the Vice President of Operations, Europe and Asia Pacific from March 1998 to May 2000.

Isabelle's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Secretary within Training & Development and Internal & Corporate Communication at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) - R.J. REYNOLDS INTERNATIONAL B.V., Geneva from April 1994 to August 1996.

Isabelle started their career as an Administrative Secretary in Marketing & Sales at Procter & Gamble in Lebanon, Cyprus, and Jordan from April 1989 to December 1993.

Isabelle Albrow Gérard attended the International School of Geneva where they completed their International Baccalaureate in 1985. Following this, they enrolled at Ecole du Rhône in Geneva and obtained a Diploma in Bilingual Executive Assistant, specializing in English and French, in 1986.
