Jenya Grigorova has a diverse range of work experience. Jenya worked as a Dispute Settlement Lawyer at the World Trade Organization from July 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP from October 2017 to July 2019. Jenya also served as an Intern at the World Trade Organization and the European Court of Justice, and as a BlueBook Trainee at the European Commission. Additionally, they worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant at New York University, a PhD Research Fellow at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Junior Lecturer at Université d'Évry Val d'Essonne, and a Research Fellow at the Energy Charter. Jenya also had internships at the Bulgarian Embassy and Consulate in Moscow.

Jenya Grigorova's education history is as follows:

- From 2016 to 2017, they attended New York University School of Law and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Legal Studies.

- Jenya Grigorova completed their undergraduate studies at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2005 to 2010, earning a Master's degree in Law.

- Jenya also attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2008 to 2009, obtaining an M1 degree in International Law.

- From 2005 to 2008, they studied at Université de Lorraine, where they received a Licence (bachelor) degree in Law.

- In 2006 and 2007, they attended Centre Européen Universitaire (CEU) and obtained a D.U. in European Law and Cultures.
