Ulla Kask currently serves as a Counsellor at the World Trade Organization, specializing in the Agricultural and Commodities Division, where responsibilities include acting as Secretary to the Committee on Agriculture, Special Session, and addressing food security, environmental issues related to agriculture, and agricultural disputes. Kask also works in the Trade Policy Review Division. Prior experience includes serving as a Quantitative Economist at UNCTAD, focusing on economic modeling and the analysis of trade liberalization effects on agricultural products, and as a Consultant at UNECE. Kask holds a PhD in International Economics from the Geneva Graduate Institute and has obtained several executive education certificates from prestigious institutions, including Harvard Kennedy School and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
