Roger Su

Roger Su is a highly experienced professional in the aerospace and technology sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Programs at World View since July 2024. Previously, Roger held the position of Vice President of Operations at BLUE ORIGIN from September 2021 to September 2023, and at Sierra Space for a brief period in mid-2021. At Sierra Nevada Corporation, Roger was Vice President of Operations for the Space Systems Group from November 2018 to August 2021. Earlier career roles include Director and Site Manager at Harris Corporation and various leadership positions at L-3 Communications, culminating in fifteen years of progressive responsibility. Roger began their career as an Engineering Supervisor at Compeq and held a Systems Engineer position at RFI Communications.
