Willis G. Wang

VP & Associate Provost, Global Programs at Boston University

Willis G. Wang is the Vice President & Associate Provost for Global Programs at Boston University. In this role, they are responsible for the development, implementation, and assessment of BU’s global strategy and initiatives. Prior to their current role, Wang served as Board Member and Governance Committee Chair for World Education Services, a non-profit that assists over one million people worldwide achieve their higher education and professional goals. Willis also served on the Advisory Board for Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) from 2014 to 2018. Wang began their career as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency before joining Molten Metal Technology, Inc. as Assistant General Counsel and Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Willis then joined Boston University in 1998 as Assistant General Counsel before assuming their current role in 2007.

Willis G. Wang graduated from Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School. Willis then attended Emory University and Boston College Law School, where they earned their Doctor of Law degree.
