Alexander Verkhoven

Alexander Verkhoven has extensive experience in business transformation and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Business Transformation & Process Excellence at World Vision Canada since 2019, reporting to the CIO. Prior roles include Engagement Leader for Strategy, Supply Chain & Operations at EY, where significant projects involved productivity improvements for major companies in dairy, automotive, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, healthcare, and aerospace sectors. Alexander also excelled as Director of Operational Excellence at JSC Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Plant and contributed to lean manufacturing initiatives as a Manager with Kaizen Institute USA. Academic credentials include executive education in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, organizational leadership from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's and Master's in Engineering, Economics, and Management from South Ural State University.
