Shanaz Sutherland-Edwards is an experienced professional in non-profit management and fundraising, currently serving as the Manager of Product Alignment at World Vision Canada since December 2009. In this role, Shanaz developed strategies to align fundraising plans with overseas commitments, effectively allocating over $40 million in donor contributions to projects. Previous positions include Program Officer for the Gift Catalogue at World Vision Canada and Program Support Associate at CESO|SACO, where Shanaz focused on program development and securing government grants. Additional experience includes serving as an Overseas Program Officer at CBM International and Fundraising Coordinator at the Canadian Cancer Society. Shanaz holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate degree in International Project Management from Humber College.
