Alketa Gjokoli

Alketa Gjokoli is a seasoned Human Resources and Organisation Development Specialist with over a decade of experience at World Vision, where responsibilities include supporting the development of organizational culture, driving performance management processes, and leading succession planning and talent management initiatives. Previous roles at World Vision included Human Resources Specialist and Interim HR and OD Manager, with a focus on personnel data administration, recruitment, and employee relations. Earlier experience as a Data Processing Analyst and Researcher at GfK Albania involved project proposal design, data analysis, and training facilitation. Additionally, Alketa served as a Math teacher in Gjirokastra and holds a Master’s Degree in Mathematics from Eqrem Çabej University of Gjirokastra.
