Arnold Mutombo

Arnold Mutombo is an Employee Relations Investigator at World Vision since March 2021, focusing on investigating violations related to safeguarding, the organization's code of conduct, and other internal regulations. Previously, Arnold served as a People & Culture Coordinator, managing staff recruitment, orientation, digital personnel management, and payroll processing while ensuring adherence to diversity and inclusion policies. Arnold also worked as a Lawyer at Cabinet T2m, specializing in Labor Law and client representation before labor authorities.
