Ayse Kurt

Ayse Kurt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management within the humanitarian and development sectors, particularly in the Middle East. Currently serving as Regional Programme Manager for World Vision, Ayse oversees a diverse portfolio across Palestine, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan, focusing on implementation, monitoring, reporting, and donor communication. Previous roles include Programme Development Manager for World Vision, where Ayse supported 13 National Offices in project development, and Head of Project at Welthungerhilfe, managing integrated protection services for vulnerable Syrian refugees. Ayse has also held significant positions with organizations such as the German Red Cross and Save the Children International, concentrating on refugee assistance, child protection, and social care services. With a Master's Degree in Political Science from Goethe University Frankfurt and further studies at the University of Oxford, Ayse combines educational expertise with a robust career dedicated to humanitarian efforts and the support of marginalized communities.
