Colin Dyer has a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Colin began as the Managing Director of Kokonut Pacific Solomon Islands Ltd in 2004, where they established the social enterprise and led it to become Organic and Fair Trade Certified. Colin later became the Chair of the Board of Directors at the same company, overseeing its direction and financial management.

Colin also worked at World Concern as a Program Manager from 2012 to 2013 and at Development Foundation of Myanmar as an Operations Manager from 2011 to 2012. Colin then joined ACC International Missions & Relief as a Program Coach, providing support and capacity building to partners.

At World Vision, Colin held various roles including Interim Country Director Solomon Islands, Operations Director, Economic Development Adviser for the Pacific & Timor Leste, Senior Economic Development Consultant, and Global Technical Director for Livelihoods Quality & Innovation. Currently, Colin is working at Kokonut Pacific Solomon Islands Ltd as the Development & Marketing Director.
